I don't understand how this is possible when you know everyone can carry 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. Seats were not comfortable. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in.

Pros: Not much but it was the best price Cons: The space was so tight I couldn't open the lid to my laptop. I had a small personal item, the gate checked my bag, and there was no room for my feet. Space for carry on was over well before all passengers on boarded. I don't understand how this is possible when you know everyone can carry 1 carry-on and 1 personal bag. Even though I had a seat towards the front, I had to go right at the back to stow my carry-on. This caused me to de-board last! Pros: I love the convenience of the airline. This is my third time flying Silver Airways due to the direct flight into Key West. The staff is always friendly throughout the boarding and flying process. Cons: I was disappointed that using TSA Pre Check was not an option for Silver Airways. There's no entertainment or snacks and the price is similar to other airlines. Seats were not comfortable. Pros: Fiight on time and no delays. Also it would be nice if the flight attendant tried smiling especially when greeting you aboard the aircraft. Pros: Customer service started from the gate agent. Both ladies were very helpful and extremely patient. They had a good community of work. The flight crew was very helpful. The gentleman and the young women were always smiling and checking in on customer service started from the gate agents. Both ladies were very helpful and extremely patient. Cons: United needs a check-in kiosk located between the domestic arrivals section and the international connection hallway just before security. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot. Pros: The Rio de Janeiro international airport is very difficult to traverse.
